The Luxury Law Alliance and K&L Gates hosted a unique members event in New York on the 7th February 2017 with members from the US, Europe and beyond enjoying a relaxed and informative evening overlooking the magnificent New York skyline.
Members learnt first-hand from the experiences of luxury brand owners, their senior business leaders, legal counsel and external advisors, and discussed topics that matter to luxury businesses and their customers.
The event featured a panel discussion chaired by Barbara Kolsun, Adjunct Professor of Fashion Law and Co-Director of Cardozo’s FAME (Fashion Arts Media and Entertainment) Program and included topics such as the commercial and legal challenges for fashion and luxury brands in the new digital environment including perspectives on “see now, buy now”, how companies are preparing for Brexit and more.
