  Jonathan Emmanuel, Partner, Bird & Bird

Jonny is a partner in Bird & Bird's Tech Transactions team in London. He regularly advises on a variety of technology and commercial projects, often assisting clients with disruptive digital technology adoption (e.g. blockchain, cloud computing, AI). He recently advised:

  •        a global fintech company in connection with its strategic partnership with blockchain software developer, R3, to create a blockchain platform for the syndicated loan market; and

Martin von Haller Grønbæk, Partner, Bird & Bird

Martin is a partner in Bird & Bird’s Tech, Corporate and Fintech teams in Copenhagen.

He is a leading expert on open source software and licensing and strategy with respect to open innovation. He has the past 20 years been advising on emergent technology from Internet to blockchain and DLT. Recently he has advised a Chinese tech startup on the strategic and legal issues of the use of blockchain technologies to create a platform for telecoms to provide IoT services over their 5G networks.
